Candle Thieves to tour with Badly Drawn Boy

Peterborough’s perky pop duo, The Candle Thieves have been announced as the support act on badly Drawn Boy’s latest tour.

This year has seen the band spend the majority of their time taking their colourful toytown instrumentation to the kitchens, back gardens and local pubs of the UK, and playing high-profile U.S support slots with The Scissor Sisters and David Gray. They are currently holed up in their Peterborough bedroom studio developing the song ideas written on the road.
