Lattitude Festival: New Bands Added

The award winning Latitude Festival has announced more bands to it's line up. Norwegian duo Datarock will be bringing their matching red track suits and over sized sun glasses along with an electro rock offering to the spectacular outdoor Obelisk Arena which has been home to many of the festivals defining moments over the years. Whilst over on the Uncut Arena Plug Music Awards nominated Marnie Stern will be joined by Leeds’ multimedia live act iLiKETRAiNS and the Swedish husband and wife Wildbirds and Peacedrums.

Passing through the festivals Fairytale Woods will bring you to the Sunrise Arena which is home to some of music's hotly tipped stars. Latitude has just announced the inclusion of Sheffield instrumentalists 
65daysofstatic as well as the Israeli singer-songwriter Asaf Avidan and his incredible band The Mojos.

Elsewhere the 
Royal Opera House will have performances on The Waterfront Stage where House Of BlueEyes will host a fashion show entitled ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Faerie’ which will feature music from artists such as Iggy Pop  and Primal Scream

Over at the 
Literary Arena there will be authors Blake MorrisonGeoff Dyer and Robin Ince’s Book Club as well as workshops from The School Of Life and Guerilla Science and poets Andrew MotionBrian PattenJackie Kay and Simon Armitage in the poetry area.
